Replacement Parking Placard Request Form
To obtain new or replacement parking placards please complete the Parking Placard Request Form above and submit it by email to: Charlene@armiva.com. Be sure to review the Parking Regulations document above. You are allowed 3 parking placards at any given time. If you are requesting replacement placards please specify how many you need. The fee for a replacement is $25 per placard and will be posted to the homeowners account. Once the Parking Placard Request Form is received you will be contacted to schedule a time for you to receive the placards.

Be sure to include your plat, indicating where the element will be located, detailed drawings, materials, and any paint samples. Your application will not be processed without this additional information.
